Sensei’s Note: it must be understood that the reason that there are no fees at this Dojo is mainly because I wanted to make this art accessible for anyone to experience Aikido and budo (martial arts). The dojo is not treated as business and the primary expectation is to continue to train sincerely with the primary goal to expand your potential not only in Aikido but throughout all aspects of life.
On a personal note, as an Engineer I have a job and have no intention or desire to make teaching Aikido a job, as for me it’s a way of life.
This dojo is open to anyone regardless of age, physical ability, sex, or religious affiliation who has a personal need to explore their personal potential. It is a traditional dojo and all rules must be adhered to, the safety of all members during training is of primary importance and all member must have respect for every member.
In addition to learning to deal with conflict, regulate stress, becoming more aware of one’s body and consciousness; I have experienced how this art can transform and this has been the reason I continue to train with as much passion even after 32 years of training and carry this passion in my teaching philosophy. And hope to be able to allow everyone to have the chance to experience this martial art.
True Victory is Victory over oneself
